Witzenmann Acquires Engineering Firm IKN Ingenieur-Planungs GmbH König-Nieder

Pforzheim/Offenbach am Main. On March 7, Witzenmann GmbH, based in Pforzheim, announced that it had acquired 100 percent of the shares of IKN Ingenieur-Planungs GmbH König-Nieder, headquartered in Offenbach am Main, according to a company press release.

The Witzenmann Group is the world’s leading expert in the safe and efficient transfer of media and energy for mobility and industry. With a global presence that includes 22 companies in 17 countries, the family-owned business employs around 4,300 people worldwide.

The acquisition of the engineering firm expands Witzenmann’s existing range of services and strengthens its technological expertise in the industrial sector across the group.
